After breakfast, G and his buddies piled into the church van. While we waited for them to drive off to camp, J played a video game on his new (replacement) DS.
When the summer's first handwriting sheets were complete, off we went to visit our veterinarian (who happens to be Uncle Pat.)

At the grocery store we shopped for some vegetables.
E was disappointed that the florist didn't have any violets.
The kids tried V8 at lunch. J even ate vegetable soup.
Today's viewing entertainment: a Veggie Tale video.
Backyard science: volcano!
Our evening ended with a Drillers victory and vanilla ice cream.
